Shipping policy

"Js Bazar" This policy is applicable to (UAE) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

SHIPPING CHARGE

Shipping (DHS 10) on all orders with 4 to 5 days delivery within UAE.

Shipping (DHS 25) on all orders with next day delivery within UAE.

Shipping (DHS 50) on all orders with next day delivery within Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

Order handling time is 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday).

Generally, shipments are in transit for 3-4 days (Monday to Friday).

Order Cut-Off Time:

Orders received before 4:00 PM (GMT+04:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai) will be processed on the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

For same day delivery orders received before 11:00 AM (GMT+04:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai) will be processed on the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day. Any order received on public holidays will be processed on next business days.

Delivery Terms

We use Shipa, Quiqup to deliver the product.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@jsbazar.com.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
